Manager Quality / Safety / Inspection
For our QMS / Safety / Inspection department at Leister Technologies AG we are looking for a communicative and assertive personality with a flair for detail.
Your tasks
1. Technical and personnel management of the team of 3 employees
2. Maintenance, documentation and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 QM system
3. Collection and analysis of quality indicators including the development of cross-departmental measures to reduce quality costs
4. Planning and conducting internal audits as well as selecting, training and coordinating internal auditors and supporting supplier audits
5. Responsible for employee training in the areas of quality, management system and safety
6. Supporting the management on quality issues
Your profile
7. Completed higher technical or electrotechnical basic training, e.g. TS/FH
8. Further training and experience in quality management and occupational safety in a manufacturing company (mechanical/electrical engineering)
9. Experience with ISO 9001 and occupational safety according to EKAS
10. IT knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems as well as very good German and good English skills
