In this role, you will guide the creation of new features end-to-end—from gathering requirements to assessing business impact. You will collaborate closely with our development teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders (including Finance, Account Management, and Marketing). You will report directly to the Product Management Lead.

Your Responsibilities
Analyze product requirements, define new product features, and manage the product backlog.
Facilitate prioritization and maintain clear communication with business stakeholders.
Shape the product using qualitative and quantitative insights, validating hypotheses with a datadriven approach.
Define and monitor business KPIs, and take action when necessary.
Work closely with an agile development team to ensure continuous delivery of value.
What Will Help You Succeed
At least 3+ years of experience in product management or in a related role (e.g., Product Owner, Project Manager).
Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovation in a fastpaced environment.
Agile mindset and solid understanding of modern product development and delivery practices.
Familiarity with agile software development frameworks (e.g., Scrum or similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
How to Stand Out
Experience in e?commerce, digital payments, or banking.
Some technical knowledge (e.g., understanding of APIs, basic data analysis, or familiarity with software architecture concepts) will give you an edge.
Fluency in English, plus working knowledge of Italian and/or German.
