We are looking for a German speaking fund compliance specialist (m, f, d) as /ph3Role /h3pbAnalyst Compliance Fund Industry /b /ph3Aufgaben /h3ulliAdvisory on regulatory requirements for private market transactions throughout the entire transaction cycle, from initial contact through due diligence to exit. /liliSupport various teams in day-to-day work, as well as in launching new funds, cross-border distribution and the structuring of transactions. /liliPrepare reports and handle compliance inquiries from various stakeholders. /liliProvide advice on matters relating to the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA), the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), ESG and sustainability regulations, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. /liliContribute to the design and implementation of compliance frameworks for new strategies, working closely with colleagues from portfolio management and the legal department. /liliEnsure compliance with internal and external regulations during the approval process by reviewing marketing and investor communication materials, as well as relevant fund documentation. /liliCoordinate compliance and risk monitoring programmes, and develop training initiatives where necessary. /liliContribute to the development of internal compliance rules and guidelines. /li /ulh3Qualifikation /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s in Economy or Legal /liliCAS, AML or ICA certifications /liliProfessional experience in wealth management at a bank or with fund investment firms /liliIn-depth knowledge of fund regulations such as CISA, AIFMD, ESG, and MiFID II /liliStrong analytical personality with a team- and service-oriented approach /liliInterested in working on complex issues, project management, and problem-solving /liliWhen working under time pressure, attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally /liliStructured, independent way of working /liliIT skills, particularly in using banking software and Excel /liliGerman and English /li /ulpNote: Contact information and application process details have been removed to focus on the role description. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
