Purpose of the Role
As Commercial Campaign Manager, you will lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns that strengthen the Phonak brand and drive market share growth. You will act as the strategic and creative lead from concept to launch, ensuring campaigns are aligned with commercial objectives. This role bridges global strategy with local implementation, supporting country teams in campaign adaptation and success.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end global campaigns — from strategy and creative concept through to execution and post-campaign evaluation
Lead the development of campaign messaging, creative direction, and visual identity in collaboration with agencies and internal experts
Translate marketing objectives into compelling, multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, digital, finance, and operations to ensure campaign alignment and delivery
Support product launches by integrating go-to-market activities into cohesive campaign plans
Coordinate with country teams (Group Companies) to adapt campaigns locally and share best practices
Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, generate reports, and recommend optimizations
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and reporting
Your Profile
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in regional or global marketing roles, with at least 2 years in campaign management
Proven track record in leading B2C or B2B2C marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies
Comfortable working with creative teams, agencies, and digital marketing tools
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, SAP, and marketing automation tools is an advantage
