Manufacturing Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

Your primary objective will be to ensure process stability and deliver SQCDSM targets (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale) for the lines. You will partner with line leaders to achieve these goals and participate in DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level.

You will also own the technology and process centerline settings for equipment and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. This includes owning PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes, as well as R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line.

An additional responsibility will be to develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans. You will build capability within the team to execute these plans independently and spend at least 50% of your time developing technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts.

This role requires strong partnership with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for Change Management on the line, localization of spares, and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line.

In addition, you will assist in VSU for new initiatives, enable the VSU team, help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking, and reapplication. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on one component category and trainer of PM related subjects for the plant.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems and Progressive Maintenance Step 3, including ability to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.

* Capability to lead a Role for the Line, qualify and coach the next level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line using PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.
">
* Capability to work as a Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, coaching team members on performance management and career development.
