The part you’ll play
Overview
You will join us in our Zurich store as a Full-Time Team Leader, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
* Lead your team on the floor to create hand-crafted client experiences that drive individual and team objectives.
* Foster authentic bonds with colleagues by encouraging growth, listening with respect, and promoting inclusion.
* Support the Store Manager in delivering the store strategy to maximise sales through personalised, 360° client experiences.
* Actively contribute to business action plans to enhance sales for all product categories and client segments.
* Demonstrate best-in-class sales and self-leadership by engaging on the selling floor and nurturing loyal client relationships via CRM initiatives.
* Ensure excellence in clienteling, merchandise display, grooming, and store presentation, taking initiative to solve challenges with positive outcomes.
Qualifications
* Undertake work with integrity, leading by example in every situation.
* Take ownership and lead with passion, supporting others to grow.
* Communicate powerfully with empathy towards colleagues and clients.
* Show responsibility, courage, resilience, and authenticity in your approach.
* Deeply understand luxury clients’ needs and expectations, putting their experience first.

* Fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.
