Description The Role
As our operations expand, we are looking for an experienced account manager based in Belgium to manage and develop our client portfolio in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Our goal is to provide tailored support that helps charities maximize the value they derive from our products by utilizing all features and insights from our customer network.
You will proactively support increasing donation revenue and address the specific needs of diverse charities, including emergency humanitarian aid agencies, social organizations, and hospital trusts.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with our support, customer success, and tech teams to meet customer needs.
Proactively work with customers to ensure optimal use of all product features.
Communicate product updates effectively to all customers.
Respond promptly to support queries.
Assist in the onboarding of new customers, supporting the procurement process or responding to inquiries.
Manage the setup process for new customers to ensure successful product launches.
Organize marketing activities such as webinars and physical events.
Participate in partner events, representing iRaiser to promote our solutions.
Identify, qualify, and manage additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
