The opportunity Our Account Management Center of Excellence (CoE) is embedded in the Core Business Services (CBS) team - we are experts in Business Process Management, Customer Relationship Management and specific business areas who can draw on numerous best practices and tools in their work. We are a standalone unit responsible for supporting the business and seeing even the most complex projects through to successful completion. We bridge EY's overarching strategy and day-to-day operations, document lessons learned and best practices, and facilitate the reuse and adaptation of proven solutions to our various stakeholders. Your key responsibilities Drive account management for various accounts through sales and program management, account communications and administration under leadership of the Account Management Leader and in close collaboration with the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP) Work with the CoE, GCSP and global account team to achieve the goals for global revenue, margin and sales/pipeline Ensure that all locations and Service Lines of the firm are actively engaged and that we deliver Exceptional Client Service in all internal and external encounters Support account strategy working with account leadership and drive global execution of account plan Understand both the client's business agenda and EY services to enable leveraging the global EY network to connect our clients to the right people Act as a project manager for specific account activity Manage selected client relationships e.g., procurement
