Strategic Responsibilities
* Help position our company as a top employer in Switzerland and internationally both internally and externally.
* Employer brand strategy and campaign planning: Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Business Lines to develop a differentiated employer brand strategy that reflects our industry and target markets.
* Digital presence and reputation management: Highlight what makes working at our company unique through storytelling and content creation.
Key Activities
* Lead recruitment campaigns and events in collaboration with creative agencies ensuring alignment with hiring objectives and EVP positioning.
* Own and deliver our employer social media strategy - hands-on and in collaboration with creative partners.
* Monitor and manage online reputation across platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
* Build strong partnerships with universities and engineering schools through guest lectures, sponsorships, speed recruiting, and graduation projects.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations ideally in corporate branding or external relations.
* Strong nuance and the ability to strike the right tone across diverse audiences and contexts.
* Sensitivity for communication.
* Experience working across departments, cultures, and levels.
