Job description: Mobile Business analyst to help accelerate the delivery of NorthStar pilot for CH.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owner and architect to define requirements for functions or services across products, understanding system architecture.
Draft detailed requirements documentation for all aspects of the digital lifecycle, including UX journeys and product specifications, working with SMEs and Project Managers.
Elicit, analyze, specify, and verify business requirements.
Utilize project artifacts such as BRDs, process maps, workflow diagrams, and data mapping spreadsheets to capture all necessary details for client builds.
Translate requirements into comprehensive Functional Specification Documents.
Work closely with the Development team to ensure clear understanding and translation of requirements.
Support testing activities.
Qualifications: Experience as a Business/Technical Analyst, preferably in the banking/finance industry.
Strong knowledge in analyzing complex business needs.
Ability to translate business needs into high-quality functional documents.
Independent and proactive work approach.
Knowledge of tools and models such as CMS, CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms, databases (SQL & NoSQL), payment platforms, DAM, etc.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Good knowledge of UML.
Proficiency with documentation and tracking tools like Confluence, Jira, Miro, diagram software, Swagger, etc.
Work in an Agile environment within a small, coordinated team, contributing to process improvements and technology adoption. Experience defining requirements for mobile solutions.
Additional information - Nice to Have: Ability to configure SaaS packages and applications.
Experience with Postman, Jira, Confluence, Figma.
Experience working on mobile apps.
