Between telephone advice on occupational benefits and autonomous management of insured files, you play a key role in the satisfaction of our clients. If you enjoy contact, varied tasks, and digital tools, do not hesitate to apply: we look forward to receiving your contribution to the company.- Inform (or redirect) insured persons by telephone in the fields of occupational benefits primarily and collective accident and health insurance.- Process autonomously the files of insured persons in relation to occupational benefits (internal and external emails, letters, requests from social networks, etc.).- Manage data concerning insured persons (entries, exits, transfers of vested benefits, purchase of contribution years, etc.).- Collaborate with our Back Office responsible for the relationship with clients affiliated with our collective foundations, our loss of earnings insurance, and vested benefits accounts.Your aptitudes and talents- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or an equivalent qualification.- Knowledge and/or professional experience in the management of occupational benefits would be an asset.- Networked thinking and quick understanding with an analytical mind; personal responsibility, decision-making ability, good stress management, and resilience.- Perfect command of French (oral and written).- Foreign languages (I/A/E) with at least one language at a very good level; knowledge of other languages is useful.- Digital affinity and good IT skills.About AXAWe shape our clients' experiences regarding claims and services.
