Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to make a real impact in a global, technology-driven environment? We’re searching for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of monthly and annual closings under Swiss Local GAAP (OR)
* Prepare and reconcile accruals, provisions, intercompany transactions, and GL accounts
* Ensure data quality and compliance with internal controls
* Act as a key contact for internal and external audits
* Support and mentor team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, SCM, Sales) to optimize processes
* Drive improvements across finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
* Contribute to ERP enhancements and digitalization initiatives
What we’re looking for
* Qualified Finance & Accounting professional (Swiss certification or equivalent)
* 6–8 years of accounting experience, ideally in an international/industrial setting
* Strong knowledge of Swiss Local GAAP (OR) and tax topics
* Advanced SAP and MS Office skills
* Analytical, structured, and reliable mindset
* Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
* Fluent in German and English
