1. Operation of the IT hotline: Receiving, forwarding and resolving internal customer inquiries

11. Computer science education or equivalent and experience in an IT support environment
12. Sound knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems
13. Excellent hardware knowledge
14. Service-oriented and communicative personality with pleasure in customer contact
15. Very good knowledge of German
16. Good knowledge of English
17. Knowledge of a validated (GxP) laboratory environment is an advantage
