The rapid development in the world of business communication drives us to constantly learn new things and enhance our basic voice-communication services. As an experienced Product Manager, you will be responsible for the further development of our business communication portfolio, e.g. in the area of SIP trunking, Managed SBC (Session Border Controller) and connectivity to cloud communication platforms such as Teams or WebEx. You will work closely with various teams in marketing and development. Your focus will be on the entire lifecycle management of an important sub-segment of the portfolio with high revenue significance for Swisscom.
Responsibilities:
1. Lifecycle and enhancement of the business communication portfolio with a focus on Trunk, SBC, and connection of cloud communication services.
2. Creation and market launch of new products and lifecycle of existing products.
3. Implementation of modern, automated, and standardized processes.
4. Responsibility for all aspects of the product, from vision to market launch.
5. Implementation of projects with our development team in an agile approach.
6. Close interworking with internal teams and external partners to ensure an excellent customer experience.
7. End-to-end commercial and technical responsibility for the products, including collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering.
Qualifications:
1. Degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in ICT, business administration, or similar fields.
2. Sound experience of product management and cloud communication, SIP trunking, session border controllers and technologies, as well as experience in agile product development.
3. Experience in leading projects and managing complex contexts.
4. Experience in stakeholder management in complex structures and a confident manner in negotiations.
5. Enthusiasm for digital innovations and technological trends, in the entire business segment from small customers (SOHO) to large corporate customers.
6. Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working.
7. High level of initiative and decisiveness, combined with a structured way of working.
8. High degree of flexibility and adaptability as well as the ability to understand complex issues.
9. Residence in Switzerland.
10. Very good German and English; French an advantage.
