To complete our team, we are looking for: Mixology Manager Workplace: Beau-Rivage Type of contract: Permanent Responsibilities: - Create, develop, and maintain an inspiring cocktail and beverage menu, in line with the identity of Maison PIC. - Ensure bar and dining service in strict compliance with PIC's standards of excellence. - Propose compositions to boost sales and guarantee the accuracy and quality of food & beverage pairings. - Actively participate in stock management, cash handling, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Desired Profile: - Proven experience in a similar upscale position. - Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages. - Leadership with a sense of detail and excellence. - Strong sensitivity to service, hospitality, and experience. - Rigorous and capable of communicating in French and English (other languages are an advantage).
