In this versatile position, you will support our team in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring that colleagues and clients have what they need to work at their best.
Key Responsibilities
* General administration and document management across various systems
* Organising team events, internal meetings, and logistics
* Managing office supplies, equipment, and service contracts
* Coordinating IT assets and workstation setups (devices, and liaising with external IT support)
* Maintaining internal calendars and lists
* Supporting travel and accommodation arrangements
* Support HR functions such as onboarding, time tracking, and employee records.
* Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Managing the physical archive, including check-in/out procedures
* Providing holiday cover within the team
What you bring
* Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education and relevant work experience
* Enjoy working on multiple tasks at once, prioritising effectively
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrity
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
* A positive, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with flexibility and resilience
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international setting
* Solid skills in MS Office and general IT tools
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
* Willingness to work regularly on-site in Vaduz
