The Role
We are seeking an experienced EMR Maintenance Lead to support one of our biotech manufacturing clients.
This role will be performed directly at the client's production site and will act as the key interface between Operations and EMR maintenance activities, ensuring efficient coordination, prioritization, and execution of technical requests.
Your Responsibilities
Act as primary interface between Operations and EMR maintenance
Receive, analyze, and prioritize technical requests
Distribute tasks to the appropriate internal teams or external partners
Oversee DeltaV (PLS/DCS) system performance
Support MES Syncade-related interactions (advantageous)
Plan and track maintenance activities using SAP (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with GMP, change control, and audit requirements
Manage escalations and maintain operational continuity in a 24/7 production environment
Your Profile
Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering (HF/BSc/MSc or equivalent)
Broad knowledge of DeltaV; MES Syncade knowledge is a plus
Basic understanding of instrumentation and electrical systems
Experience in GMP-regulated environments
Strong coordination and prioritization skills
High resilience and ability to manage operational pressure
