Job description
We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to work on the complete redesign of SAP processes across several production sites, covering production planning, materials management, and procurement workflows.
🔥 Your missions:
* Conduct an in-depth review of Production Planning (PP) processes in SAP.
* Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and material usage.
* Assess and document the impact of changing procurement type from E (in-house production) to F (external purchase) on production orders, MRP, and cost structure.
* Ensure smooth process integration between production and material management during the model transition.
* Review and optimize purchasing processes, including material requisition, purchase order management, and goods receipt.
* Perform a comprehensive supplier analysis, including performance, quality, and lead times.
* Oversee Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to ensure supply continuity during transition.
* Analyze dependencies and impacts on other processes (e.g., sales, inventory management).
🎯 Your profile:
* You have at least 7 years of experience in SAP PP and MM modules, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* You have proven experience in SAP transformation or migration projects involving multi-site operations.
* You have a strong understanding of supply chain processes, BOM management, and procurement models (Make vs. Buy).
* You are familiar with custom developments and legacy transaction codes in SAP.
* You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP process designs.
* You have strong communication and coordination abilities across departments and international teams.
* You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
