PpbYour Responsibilities /b /p /p liYou make sure to understand customers and market requirements for diesel gensets /li liYou define the product strategy and product roadmap /li liYou conduct business cases and profitability analyses /li liYou analyze the market and the competition within the diesel genset segment /li liYou manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills them /li liYou ensure the success of the assigned product group throughout its entire life cycle in a matrix organization /li liYou ensure the long- and short-term profitability of the product group /li liYou manage the product portfolio and product variants /li liYou track all relevant product KPIs (financial, quality, delivery performance) and work to improve them /li liYou proactively monitor and participate in industry events related to diesel power generation to identify and leverage new developments /li ppbYour Profile /b /p /p liYou hold a university degree in Engineering with good commercial understanding or in Commercial with good technical understanding /li liYou have more than 5 years of experience in product management and/or business development within the Genset industry /li liYou possess strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience with diesel engines Gensets /li liYou have an excellent command of English and German (B2), while knowledge of French is considered as an asset /li liYou have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project /li liYou are recognized for your strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset /li liYour enthusiastic and open personality, combined with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, set you apart /li liYou are resilient and assertive in your approach /li ppbOur Offer /b /p /p pCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
