On behalf of our client, a global leader in the life sciences industry, we are currently looking for a:
Batch Record Reviewer
Contract Duration: Until end of 2025 (possibility of extension)
Workload: 100% (on-site, no home office)
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing batches are completed in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements. You will review completed electronic batch records, identify deviations, and ensure documentation accuracy to support timely batch release. The ideal candidate combines strong GMP knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced production environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Review completed electronic batch records (EBR) within the defined timelines.
* Ensure batch documentation meets all procedural and regulatory standards.
* Track, monitor and report review metrics to ensure on‑time batch release.
* Identify and raise documentation‑related deviations promptly and support related investigations and CAPA definition.
* Participate in documentation and electronic batch record change requests.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure continuous improvement of batch documentation processes.
Qualifications and Experience
* Professional experience in a GMP-regulated production environment (minimum 2 years).
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
* Prior experience in (electronic) batch record review is highly preferred.
* Working knowledge of TrackWise, SAP, and MES systems is a plus.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Business‑fluent German is mandatory; English is an advantage.
* Willingness to work fully on‑site in Visp (paper‑based environment).
