YOU ACT
1. Independently manage the spare parts business for assigned countries, from initial customer inquiry to shipment and invoicing
2. Prepare sales price calculations for individual quotations and support spare parts quotations for new systems
3. Interact daily with customers by preparing quotations and order confirmations, and following up on issued quotations
4. Communicate with customers both in writing and verbally
5. Support sales managers in negotiations regarding prices and conditions with customers and occasionally freight forwarders
6. Handle letters of credit, including checking and submission
7. Arrange transport and prepare all necessary shipping and export documents
8. Monitor deadlines and control costs throughout the process
9. Control vendor invoices
10. Collaborate with internal departments to continuously optimize commercial business processes
YOU KNOW
11. Completed commercial or technical training
12. Work experience as an international export clerk
13. Knowledge of export control and letters of credit is beneficial
14. Strong teamwork, perseverance, and flexibility required
15. Business fluent in English and German
16. Additional language skills are an advantage
17. Ideally experienced with SAP/R3 (R4)
