Reporting to: Supervisor, Sales Audit and Accounts Receivable
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Audit Associate
Department overview:
The Sales Audit team is part of the Finance Division within Michael Kors and responsible for the review and reconciliation of the sales activity for retail, e-commerce and concession locations as well as supporting strategic business enhancements.

What You’ll Do:
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Reconcile bank accounts, sales and reporting
2. Retail/ECOM sales accounting bookings and reconciliations
3. Tax audits and inspections
4. Fraud, loss and prevention checks
5. Bank accounts statements processing and reconciliation
6. Review and respond to chargeback notifications
7. Manage, monitor and archive the stores’ fiscal documentation
8. Provide turnover declarations to landlords and support in case of audits
9. Support the period-end closure process and related bookings
10. Ad-hoc projects support
You’ll Need to Have:
1. Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
2. Business school or Bachelor’s degree
3. Minimum of 1 year experience in a finance department
4. Good knowledge of Excel
5. Knowledge of Trintech Reconnet, Aptos or Qlik are a plus
6. Good knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) is a plus
