Cloud Solution Architect

At risktec, we design and build scalable, cloud-native solutions that transform the re/insurance industry. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of architecting, implementing, and optimizing modern cloud platforms for risk intelligence applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement cloud-native architectures tailored for data-intense applications in risk, disaster relief and re/insurance.
* Lead cloud strategy and governance, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
* Develop cloud integration patterns across APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
* Work with AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making tools to enhance risk processes.
* Advise clients on best practices for cloud adoption and modernization.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, software engineering, or solution design.
* Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Proficiency in microservices, APIs, DevOps, and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC).
* Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.
* Understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
* Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
