Vacancy: SALES MANAGER (f/m/x) - We are looking for a SALES MANAGER (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, in the Luxury Construction Industry.
The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.
Missions
* Generate leads, qualify them
* Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their parking solution
needs.
* Develop targeted materials and presentations for client pitches.
* Prepare detailed proposals and quotes based on client requirements and preliminary site assessments.
* Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales.
* Participate in industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company's products.
* Negotiate price and conditions
* Close contract
* Recruit, manage and support sales partners and channel
Profil du candidat
* Proven track record in sales, ideally within the luxury goods, real estate, or bespoke
* solutions sectors.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand and convey complex technical details effectively.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Fluent in at least 2 languages
