LI - #hybridThe Novartis Strategy & Growth Therapeutic Area Strategy team for Neuroscience is seeking a Director to support the creation of a holistic TA strategy, provide early-phase commercial insights, guide pipeline development, and support enterprise alignment across various units.Key Responsibilities:Support the development of a comprehensive Neuroscience TA strategy with external benchmarking and insights.Provide commercial insights to R&D teams, especially for early-phase programs, with in-market US experience being critical.Analyze publications to extract key messages and build product forecasts.Develop external insights to identify growth opportunities and emerging challenges.Ensure timely delivery of insights for early projects and manage transitions between commercial units.Complete ad-hoc requests and deliver health partnership projects on time and within budget.Essential Requirements:Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in life sciences/healthcare; MBA or consulting experience is a plus.Deep knowledge of Neuroscience and related therapeutic areas.Experience with M&A, BD&L, or internal research for evaluating product opportunities.5-7+ years in pharma or medical devices R&D or Commercial functions, with experience in primary research and forecasting.Recent US market experience (post-2015), working with US healthcare systems and customers.We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
