The role offers a salary range of CHF105,000 to CHF110,000 per year, based on skills and experience. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement electronic solutions for safety-critical applications.
* Design system architecture and integrate new technologies into next-generation devices.
* Create and optimize circuit concepts, including technical calculations.
* Develop analog and digital hardware components from concept to production.
* Ensure electromagnetic compatibility and reliability through proper design.
* Develop and implement automated hardware tests and detailed test specifications.
* Document hardware development according to processes and regulatory standards.
* Support production and procurement throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Several years of experience in electronic system development, especially in capital goods.
* Experience with LabVIEW/TestStand and knowledge of development processes in advanced technology environments (advantageous).
* Strong knowledge in circuit design, EMC optimization, and hardware testing.
* Structured, solution-oriented, and analytical work style with high quality standards.
* Team-oriented and communicative personality capable of handling complex technical challenges.
* Excellent German and English skills for effective communication with international teams and partners.
