Team leader - function validation (m/f/x)

Ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliYou will define and implement the team's long-term vision, objectives, and testing strategy in alignment with departmental goals. /liliYou will plan, coordinate, and oversee functional validation programs on hydraulic component test benches. /liliYou will ensure high-quality validation standards and drive innovation by establishing and continuously improving testing methodologies and best practices. /liliYou will analyze test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product improvement. /liliYou will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to align testing priorities and support product development. /liliYou will develop and implement standardized testing procedures and data analysis methods to improve efficiency, reliability, and repeatability of validation activities. /liliYou will monitor project progress, resource allocation, and team performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to department management. /liliYou will ensure compliance with safety standards across all testing operations and laboratory activities. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliYou hold a degree in mechanical engineering, preferably with a specialization in mobile hydraulics, mobile machinery, drive systems, construction equipment or agricultural. /liliYou have proven experience in engineering development and validation, ideally in the field of hydraulic drive systems, mobile machinery or off‑highway equipment. /liliYou possess deep knowledge in hydraulic drives, control systems, and functional validation methods, combined with a good understanding of machine functions and system behavior under real operating conditions. /liliLeadership is a core aspect of your profile: you actively coach and empower your team, set clear priorities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
