Candidate Profile * Former Master Mariner with experience on oil carriers and strong working knowledge of goods traded by the Company or an experienced surveyor/inspector/superintendent with substantial field exposure and strong knowledge of chemistry, product specifications, and blending operations. * Solid understanding of crude oil, refined products, petrochemicals, LPG, and bio-feedstocks handled by the Company. * Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and autonomy, especially during field missions. * Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and results orientation. * Excellent communication, interpersonal effectiveness, and organizational capabilities. * High ethical standards, safety leadership mindset, and ability to uphold Company values in complex operational environments. * Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
