The Orbe – La Vallée Children’s Daycare Network, an optional goal of ARAS Jura-Nord Vaudois, brings together 23 municipalities in the region. The network’s mission is to offer collective pre- and after-school daycare (14 facilities), as well as family-based care that meets the evolving needs of families.
As part of the opening of our new 22-place daycare in Lignerolle, we are looking for a permanent:
Daycare Manager at 45%
General mission
You will manage a childcare facility and be responsible for the smooth running of the establishment in pedagogical, organisational, financial, and human resources areas, in collaboration with transversal services.
You will ensure the educational supervision of the children and carry out actions that contribute to promoting their development and fulfilment on motor, cognitive, emotional, and social levels.
In collaboration with the educational team, you will ensure the creation and maintenance of links with the actors and partners surrounding the children and their families.
Your profile
- ES/HES training or SEFRI recognition
- Proven professional experience in a similar position (minimum 5 years) with managerial experience
- Team management training recognised by SCAJE (or to be obtained within 2 years after starting the position)
- Knowledge of the CSE KIBE professional software is an asset
