The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
* Knowledge of financial management and reporting
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
