Technical Sales Development Program
This 7-month program prepares you to build and manage customer relationships, influence decisions, and grow revenue. You'll participate in three rotations:
1. Field Sales Office Rotation - 3 months: Gain experience in TI's sales process, customer partnership, and opportunity management.
2. Product Marketing Rotation - 2 months: Focus on the relationship between sales and specific product lines, including product lifecycle, marketing strategies, and collaboration with marketing teams.
3. Sales Operations Rotation - 2 months: Experience pricing, supply chain, and customer service, including negotiation and pricing guidelines.
Upon completion, you'll be welcomed as a Technical Sales Representative, responsible for using technical expertise, managing leads, and developing revenue growth plans.
You'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related fields.
* Fluency in English and the local language, both written and oral.
