At Eurovision Services, we are seeking a temporary HR Specialist to join our People, Culture and Communication Department in Geneva, Switzerland for a part-time position.
ABOUT THE PEOPLE, CULTURE AND COMMUNICATION TEAM
The People, Culture, and Communication department's mission is to create a motivating and inclusive environment that supports a diverse workforce, by continuously developing talent and implementing effective HR processes.
The HR Specialist role is pivotal in supporting business operations by delivering expert guidance and assistance across diverse departments. Through effective human resource management, this role ensures that people, processes, and policies align to achieve organizational objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
Labour Relations:
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations, including vacation entitlements, overtime compensation, employee benefits eligibility, and workplace health and safety standards.
Provide legal advice on labour and social security matters, including litigation, audit procedures, and compliance with contractual employment terms.
Support meetings and negotiations with the Works Council.
Assist employees by clarifying regulatory inquiries and interpreting organizational policies clearly and accurately.
Conduct research to identify areas for operational improvement, proposing and implementing streamlined policies and procedures to continuously optimize departmental efficiency.
Communication and Employee Engagement:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies, manuals, and procedural guidelines, fostering clarity and consistency in operational practices.
Implement a structured HR support framework, providing accessible channels for employee consultation and grievance resolution (e.g., weekly office hours).
Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits:
Manage monthly payroll operations, including accurate processing, submission of regulatory documentation, and reporting to key stakeholders.
Provide monthly reporting to the CFO and ensure alignment with the Finance department on FTE reports, salary reports, social security, and tax payments.
Administrative Duties:
Ensure and supervise the management of all types of leave and schemes (e.g. holiday, sick leave, pension) are completed effectively.
Supervise the benefits administration processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Drive workforce analytics, insights, and reporting in close partnership with the PCC and Finance Teams.
Manage the submission and presentation of official documents to Swiss authorities (e.g., social security registrations, A1 certificates, worker secondments, etc.).
Liaise with external providers (insurances, pension funds, payroll, authorities) to ensure smooth processes.
YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Law, Business Administration or Human Resources degree. Master's degree in Human Resources or Labour Law will also be considered.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Specific knowledge of the Swiss Labour Law is required.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Comfortable working in a high-paced environment, managing multiple tasks
Proficiency in English and French.
