Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the team’s budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets
* Monitor financial performance, report variances, and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with finance and other teams for accurate financial reporting and forecasting
* Produce and analyze performance reports on team activities, project progress, and budget usage
* Create engaging presentations using Power BI and PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholders
* Identify insights, trends, and opportunities through data analysis
* Prepare and deliver clear presentations to senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations
* Communicate complex financial and operational information effectively to non-financial audiences
* Coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
* Define project goals, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with team members and other departments
* Apply project management best practices to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
