We are currently seeking a Senior Software Architect
Location
Zug, Switzerland (Legal eligibility to work in Switzerland required)
Key Responsibilities
Drive initiatives by engaging with collaborators, communicating, and educating on software architecture and design.
Design, communicate, and drive enterprise software strategy including data products.
Collaborate closely with Product teams to understand business use cases and assist with architecture.
Research new technologies and patterns to lead innovation.
Identify architecture and technology gaps and work with stakeholders to address them.
Provide architecture expertise to support product development within Business Units.
Stay up to date with standards and best practices in the infrastructure industry, defining guidance and standards of technical excellence.
Act as a software strategy expert, coaching and advising the extended team.
Secure support and buy-in from critical stakeholders for key initiatives.
Facilitate communication and teamwork among departments for efficient delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, especially in Data and AI.
Conduct feasibility studies and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience designing and developing enterprise-level software products or solutions.
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Software Architect, including at least 2 years of SaaS over public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Track record of delivering enterprise-level software solutions with alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Deep expertise in cloud-native development, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
Ability to evaluate and learn new technologies.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Understanding of AI and machine learning.
Proactive attitude with a passion for execution.
