For our Business Controlling Team, we are looking for a talented team member as: Business Controller THE ROLE: As Brand Controller, you own financial steering and performance transparency for one or more brands. You translate business activity into actionable financial insights, drive profitability and margin improvement, and ensure robust planning, forecasting, and KPI management in close partnership with brand leadership. MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial ownership and performance steering (P&L) for one or more brands Drive budgeting, forecasting, and month-end performance reviews (actual vs plan vs forecast) Profit and margin analysis: identify drivers, risks, and opportunities; propose corrective actions Develop and maintain business KPIs (sales mix, margin, incentives, marketing ROI, dealer bonuses, working capital, etc.) Prepare management reporting packs and present insights to business stakeholders Support strategic initiatives (pricing, campaigns, volume planning, cost measures) with financial analysis Ensure governance and compliance with internal controlling standards and finance processes Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Network, Aftersales, and HQ stakeholders PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Degree (HF/FH/Uni) in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or similar 3–6 years’ experience as a Financial/Business Controller (automotive strongly preferred) Proven strength in profit margin analysis, business performance tracking, and KPI-based steering Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP is required; BI tooling (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and influence stakeholders Fluent English is required; German is required (French is a strong plus depending on brand scope) Structured, hands-on, accountable; able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
