Are you passionate about ground handling? Become part of our newly formed turnaround management team, which will be responsible for the performance of our aircraft turnarounds and process adherence together with all interfaces.
Starting date: August 01, 205 or upon agreement
You may apply in English or German.
Tasks
You are responsible for ensuring a smooth turnaround process and optimal coordination of all interfaces in ground handling operations. The focus is on punctuality of all individual activities.
* Ensure safe, compliant, efficient and customer-oriented ground operations below the wing
* Management of critical flights (Slot, night ban, crew duty etc.) defined by Hub Control Center, Duty Station Management or by your own assessment
* Enforcing measures and decisions towards interfaces
* Identifying possible disruptive factors and making necessary decisions or implementing corresponding countermeasures
* Coaching of interfaces in terms of process adherence, process improvement and safety
* Reporting & continuous improvement
* Optimization proposals to increase punctuality and customer satisfaction

Requirements
* Profound knowledge of ground operations and their processes, preferably in ramp handling or load control
* Several years of experience and further training in the aviation industry
* Completed vocational training or higher education
* Altéa FM/CM knowledge is an advantage
* Very good spoken and written German and English skills
* Team player, high level of flexibility and commitment
* Strong assertiveness and ability to deal with conflict
* Motivator and team player
* High social competence and diplomatic attitude
* IT-affinity is an advantage
* Willingness for shift work, 7-days between 05:30-23:30
