Our Opportunity
We are recruiting a Watch Business Analyst to cover a maternity leave for a 10‑month fixed‑term contract from June 2026 to the end of March 2027. Reporting directly to the Watch Managing Director, you will collaborate with the Executive Committee and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Communication, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, etc.) to provide continuous analytical support and strategic insights.
Responsibilities
* Monitor overall business performance of the watch category and support decision‑making.
* Provide continuous analytical support and strategic insights.
* Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports for the Global Watch Business Unit, and on‑demand analysis of Swiss Watch Exports and the secondary market.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support automation and track new business KPIs.
* Provide ad hoc economic monitoring and input on evolving trends and competitors to the Watch Managing Director.
* Produce and coordinate key annual presentations (3‑Year Plan, Budget, Business Reviews, Townhall), combining strategic insights with a cohesive creative visual identity.
* Translate data into clear, concise, and visually compelling messages, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a strong storytelling approach in all deliverables.
* Anticipate and monitor global project progress and deadlines with department leaders, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for HQ in Rome and the Marketing team in Neuchâtel on sales forecasting, strategic presentations, and data‑related topics.
Your Background
You hold a university degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 4 years of experience in a similar role. You have worked in a multicultural and challenging environment, with solid experience in sales analysis, strategic presentations, and agile project management.
Analytical, proactive, and curious, you translate complex information into clear strategic recommendations and thrive in fast‑paced, demanding contexts. You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and a creative problem‑solver.
You are highly collaborative, reliable, and diplomatic, with excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and proven experience in Power BI. Full fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.
