As we continue to grow, we are committed to strengthening our governance, risk, and compliance framework worldwide. /p pThe role is based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with a hybrid working model of 3 days on‑site and 2 days working from home per week. /p pWe are now looking for a Compliance Officer who will work closely with our General Counsel and key business units to ensure our operations meet legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across all regions. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, implement, and maintain a global compliance framework aligned with Swiss, EU, UK, and APAC regulations applicable to distribution, cybersecurity, export controls, and trade sanctions. /li liMonitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations and translate them into clear policies and procedures. /li liSupport the roll‑out and training of compliance programs for employees and third parties across EMEA, Middle East and Australia/NZ. /li liConduct risk‑based compliance assessments and reviews of business processes, contracts, and organizational controls; propose and track remediation actions. /li liAssist in maintaining a code of conduct, whistleblower / speaking‑up channels, and related awareness initiatives. /li liCollaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to ensure trade, pricing, and contractual practices are compliant (e.g., competition / antitrust, incentives, gift hospitality, sanctions screening). /li liAct as the key contact point for compliance inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners, providing clear guidance and escalation paths. /li liMaintain compliance documentation, registers, and reporting, including periodic updates to senior management and the Board of Directors. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field; legal training (e.g., LLB / law degree or equivalent) is a strong plus. /li li3–5+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, ideally in an international B2B environment. /li liSolid understanding of Swiss, EU, and UK regulatory frameworks, willingness to deepen knowledge of Middle East and Australian / NZ regulations. /li liExperience with compliance risk assessments, and awareness‑raising activities. /li liA good understanding of commercial contracts, distribution models, and channel business, including value‑added resellers, managed service providers, and resellers, is a clear advantage. /li liStructured, detail‑oriented, and proactive; able to work independently. /li liStrong written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial but not required. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liDemonstrates integrity, accountability, and strong ethical judgment in all business decisions and interactions. /li /ul h3Ready for the next step in your career? /h3 pThen we look forward to receiving your application! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
