Tasks
1. Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
2. Lead RFIs/RFPs, coordinate cross-functional input, and prepare proposals
3. Develop pricing and commercial offers in line with internal processes
4. Prepare agreements and support initial contract negotiations
5. Ensure accurate CRM data and consistent sales process application
6. Coordinate customer presentations, demos, and site visits
7. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
9. Map stakeholders and tailor engagement strategies
10. Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events
11. Support marketing initiatives linked to business development

Requirements
12. Proven B2B software sales experience; aviation knowledge is a plus
13. Strong understanding of the full sales cycle (tenders, negotiation, closing)
14. Experience managing complex deals and coordinating cross-functional teams
15. Excellent organizational and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
16. Ability to create clear, high-quality proposals and content
17. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
18. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office
19. Self-driven, reliable, results-oriented, and collaborative
20. Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
21. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant business field
