Overview
Join EY’s Risk Consulting Team as a Risk Analyst in Switzerland, working with clients across diverse industries to help them maintain trust and seize opportunities in an everchanging world. Your focus will span Enterprise Resilience, Digital Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, and Operational Risk Management.
Key responsibilities
* Enterprise Resilience: assess clients’ resilience across strategic, financial, value‑chain, information, and technology domains; design and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programmes.
* Digital Risk Management: support clients in managing technology risks, including Trusted AI, ethical technology use, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology implementations, and large transformation risks.
* ESG Risk Management: evaluate risk‑management programmes against regulatory ESG requirements and develop integrated ESG governance.
* Internal Audit: help clients establish or transform Internal Audit functions, execute audits in operational areas, review process and control effectiveness, identify compliance gaps, and report findings to senior management.
* Internal Controls: design and implement Internal Control Systems (ICS), test controls against international standards such as Sarbanes‑Oxley and J‑SOX.
* Operational Risk Management: manage risks in ESG, Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM), Supply Chain, and Program Risk Management (PRM).
What we look for
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
* 1–2 years of professional experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk Management, Third‑Party Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls or a comparable field. Experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products or Manufacturing is a plus.
* 1–2 years of experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology such as SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer or similar platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large data sets.
* Fast learner with a growth mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in an international team.
* Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in new technologies and digitalisation.
* Willingness to travel up to 40% within Europe and globally.
* Proficient in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
