We are recruiting for a leading Swiss Life Science client looking for a Software Engineer to strengthen a specialised team building hardware simulation and test automation solutions for medical instruments.
What you’ll do
* Develop and maintain C++-based simulation software in an agile team
* Contribute to a shared simulation platform used across multiple instrument projects
* Improve software architecture, performance, and tooling
* Collaborate closely with internal software development teams
What you bring
* Degree in Software Engineering or similar
* Strong experience with modern C++ (C++17+)
* Experience with Git and collaboration tools (GitLab/GitHub/Azure DevOps)
* Experience with Docker / containers and shell scripting
* Knowledge of Rust is an advantage
Nice to have
* CI/CD (ideally GitLab CI)
* Multi-threaded / multi-process application experience
