Customer Services Junior Specialist – Registration & Membership
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle member and event participant inquiries via email/phone/CRM.
* Process registrations, payments, invoices, and cancellations.
* Maintain data accuracy and assist with stock and material prep.
* Support onsite at international oncology events and promote membership.
Profile:
* Degree or diploma, with 1–5 years in customer service or events.
* Fluent in English; strong communication and organizational skills.
* Team player, detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines and multitask.
* Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus.
* Willing to travel occasionally
