About Our Client
Our client is a fast-paced, international and dynamic organization headquartered in Zürich. We are looking for a digital project manager able to support their digital content team asap, bridging the gap between internal creatives and external partners allowing for an accurate and realistic content calendar.
Job Description
Project & Workflow Coordination
* Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) to ensure accurate tracking of deadlines, statuses, and assets.
* Develop realistic production schedules based on campaign launch dates and monitor team capacity to avoid bottlenecks.
* Support improvements in workflow tools to streamline complex content calendars.
Vendor & Production Oversight
* Manage the handover process to external production teams, ensuring briefs and tickets are complete and actionable.
* Validate deliverables from external partners for compliance with technical and timing requirements before internal review.
Process Optimization & Documentation
* Ensure adherence to standardized templates for briefs, kick-off documents, and reporting.
* Provide operational support such as setting up project folders, scheduling meetings, and following up on approvals.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in Digital Project Management, Creative Operations, or Traffic Management.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira) and digital content workflows.
* Vendor Management: Previous experience coordinating external production or development teams.
* Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about process efficiency.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and clarify requirements. Fluency in English is a must have.
