Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to act as the key connector between regional offices, franchise partners, channel partners, and the Head Office. This role is responsible for driving student conversions, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining consistent service quality across the assigned region, in line with organizational standards and brand values.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end student conversions across the assigned region
* Achieve regional enrollment and growth targets
* Build and manage channel partner relationships
* Ensure adherence to SOPs and service quality standards
* Conduct regular field reviews to improve process efficiency
* Collaborate with Head Office, Business Units, and Marketing on regional execution
* Support and execute regional marketing initiatives
* Travel extensively to support field teams and business development
Key Stakeholder Engagement
The Regional Manager will collaborate closely with:
* Field Offices & Partners – Acting as the regional operational lead
* Business Units – Ensuring alignment between academic expertise and field execution
* Marketing Team – Supporting regional campaigns and outreach initiatives
* Operations Team – Coordinating backend processes including applications and visas
* Senior Leadership – Reporting on regional performance and contributing to strategic planning
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience, with 2+ years in overseas education or a related field
* Strong people management and stakeholder coordination skills
* Results-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role
* Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel
