We are looking for a hands‑on and organized HR professional to join our team as HR Specialist EMEA & Americas with Legal Support. You will support HR activities across Europe and the Americas, collaborating closely with managers, employees, and global HR teams to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage HR operations, including employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding, employee data, and HRIS maintenance.
* Support recruitment activities, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and offer letters.
* Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and performance review processes.
* Oversee payroll, social insurance, tax, and compliance processes for the Swiss entity, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Contribute to process improvement, workflow standardization, and digitalization initiatives across regions.
* Support legal and corporate governance tasks, including document preparation, stakeholder coordination, and liaison with notaries and external partners.
* Assist with office management and coordinate employee events and engagement activities in Switzerland.
* Collaborate across departments and regions to ensure smooth information flow and successful HR projects.
Qualifications:
* Commercial apprenticeship diploma (EFZ) or equivalent with further education as an HR Assistant or Federal Diploma in Human Resources (eidg. HR‑Fachausweis).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and administration supporting the full employee‑life‑cycle.
* Experience acting as a point of contact for employees and managers, including C‑Level executives.
* Practical knowledge of payroll processes in Switzerland through ABACUS; Knowledge of ABACUS is a must.
* Exposure to regional HR support across multiple countries or entities.
* Very good command of German (C1–C2) and English (C1).
