To strengthen our R&D team, we are looking for a Technical Project Lead, taking ownership of system-level planning for our Automated Terminal Solutions, in this role you will be acting act as a technical project coordinator, aligning engineering efforts around internal roadmap goals and customer-driven change requests. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, safety, and product to maintain the feature roadmap and ensure each release integrates the right functionality at the right time, with full traceability and alignment across teams.

Responsibilities Lead definition, planning and execution of cross-functional system-level features and releases for Automated Terminal Solutions, ensuring deployment across multiple sites and addressing diverse use cases with varying feature sets
Act as a technical project manager, aligning timelines, resources, and scope across the different teams: System, Perception, Motion Planning & Control, Web & Product Applications, Safety, Security and Rollout Teams
Maintain product increment roadmap with technical and team leaders. Coordinate the definition, implementation, and delivery of new features and improvements across engineering teams
Maintain a transparent and structured feature and release calendar; clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders
Facilitate scrum of scrum meeting process, go/no-go meetings, release readiness reviews and retrospectives
Coordinate adjustments to changing realities and priorities including the necessary internal team alignments
Ensure traceability and documentation of all changes, configurations, validation results, and approvals
Cooperation with software engineers and system engineers to deliver a well-integrated full autonomous driving stack
Manage the delivery of system releases following the complete release lifecycle: change request owner, coordination, validation tracking, align deployment by rollout team
Requirements Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience in technical project coordination, system / software development and delivery within complex engineering environments
Systems thinking & systems overview, system integration workflows
Experience with project management, solid understanding of Agile development
JIRA knowledge, requirements tools such as Code beamer or Doors knowledge are an advantage
Excellent and proven organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Hard-working and self-motivated by the mission of delivering safe autonomous systems at scale
Fluent in English
