Sales Specialist – Aluminium Flat Rolled Products Trading (Baar, Switzerland)
VIG International AG is looking for a commercially driven and customer-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing international aluminium flat‑rolled products trading operations in Baar, Switzerland.
The position focuses primarily on B2B sales activities across European markets. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to manage customer relationships in a dynamic international environment.
What We Expect
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
* Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
* Fluent English is mandatory
* German and/or Italian language skills are considered a strong advantage
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand pricing and cost structures
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Solution‑oriented, proactive and capable of taking responsibility
* Ability to work in an international and fast‑paced business environment
Your Responsibilities
* Managing and developing existing customer portfolio
* Conducting active sales activities to acquire new customers
* Preparing quotations, pricing and managing order processes end‑to‑end
* Following up the full sales cycle from order to collection
* Conducting market, competitor and pricing analyses
* Coordinating closely with logistics, supply chain and finance teams
* Planning and conducting customer visits across Europe
* Managing customer requests and resolving commercial issues efficiently
