Technical Customer Manager (m/w/d)

Job Requirements
* Manage and develop relationships with strategic key accounts in the construction sector.
* Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solutions.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
* Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within key accounts.
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and support during contract negotiations.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and ongoing communication.
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
* Proven experience in sales management or technical account management, preferably within manufacturing or construction-related industries.
* Native or fluent German speaker with good command of English.
* Strong technical understanding of mechanical components used in construction.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
