Are you our new team member? We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist (m / w / d).


Responsibilities

* Monitoring and posting incoming payments
* Support and implementation of the dunning process
* Processing open item lists
* Checking the credit standing of customers
* Assisting with the month‑end closing
* Reconciling accounts
* Primary contact person for internal employees, customers, and suppliers


Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
* Strong skills in Excel and common MS programs (modern, Google‑based environment)
* Independent, precise, solution‑oriented, and efficient working style for accurate bookkeeping
* Willingness to contribute in a transformation‑focused setup
* Self‑confident with a high level of personal motivation, drive, and enthusiasm
* Results‑oriented attitude
* Fluency in German and English (min. B2); French is a plus
* Love working in a diverse team; communicative and committed team player


Contract

Permanent position, 100 %


Location

Zurich Oerlikon – easy to reach by public transport. Remote / home office option.
