We’re building Switzerland's first industrial fresh, chilled pet food platform. The pilot is done – 8,000+ meals produced, real customers, strong unit economics. Now we’re looking for a co‑founder with a food science or animal nutrition background to take this to the next level.

What’s missing
A co‑founder who brings deep expertise in food technology, food processing, or animal nutrition – ideally with a current or recent connection to a Swiss university or research institution. Someone who is excited about building the R&D backbone of a category‑defining brand.
What you'd own
* Product development & formulation strategy
* Research partnerships with Swiss academic institutions
* Process optimisation (pasteurisation, HPP evaluation, shelf‑life extension)
* Nutritional validation & regulatory compliance

Who you might be
* MSc or PhD in food science, food technology, animal nutrition, or related field
* Currently at or recently graduated from a Swiss university (ETH, ZHAW, BFH, EPFL, or similar)
* Entrepreneurial mindset – you want to build, not just research
* Comfortable with ambiguity and early‑stage speed
* Bonus: experience with HPP, thermal processing, or pet food formulation
